BN Youth to hold protest at KLCC

Umno Youth will hold a protest at the KLCC Mosque today against Israel's military action in Lebanon and Palestine.
The protest will be led by Umno Youth deputy chief Khairy Jamaluddin and will include youth leaders from the other Barisan Nasional (BN) component parties.
Umno Youth chief Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said protests would continue as long as Israeli action in Lebanon and Palestine persisted.
“We want the Lebanese and Palestinians to know we are with them,” he said after chairing the ministry's post-Cabinet meeting yesterday.
Last Friday, more than 2,000 Umno Youth members marched to the American, French and Chinese embassies and the British High Commission in Kuala Lumpur to protest against the Israeli action.
Hishammuddin said BN Youth leaders would also be travelling to various countries in the region to create awareness of Israel's military action in Lebanon and Palestine.

KUALA LUMPUR: Umno Youth deputy chief Khairy Jamaludin and a group of protesters tried to force their way into the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre yesterday to hand over a memorandum to US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
They were, however, prevented from doing so by members of the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU)..
But Khairy was later allowed into the centre where he presented the memorandum to a US representative.
He told reporters inside the centre that the memorandum expressed the feelings of the Malaysian people.
“The United States is abetting the violence by Israel against Lebanon and is part and parcel of what is happening to the Lebanese and Palestinian people,” he said.
“Rice is here at the invitation of the Malaysian Government.
“It is their decision but the majority of the Malaysian people do not want her here, as the United States is not doing anything to stop the genocide in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.
“This is not a religious issue or Islam against the West or against Christianity.
“This is a humanitarian issue where many people are dying.
“What we are seeing today is nothing less than genocide. It is nothing less than murder by the Israeli forces of innocent people.”
Earlier, shortly after Friday prayers at the KLCC mosque, about 2,000 protesters chanting anti-American and anti-Israel slogans had marched to the convention centre, where the 39th Asean Ministerial Meeting was in progress.
The demonstration, organised by Umno Youth together with the youth sections of Barisan Nasional component parties, was to protest against US support of Israel and Israeli attacks on Lebanon and Palestine.
The demonstration lasted three hours and even a heavy downpour failed to deter the protesters.
Khairy, with his left arm in a sling, gave a 30-minute speech decrying the attacks and demanding that the United States get Israel to cease its attacks.
He said Israel was using weapons and ammunition provided by the United States.
He gave Rice five minutes to come out and receive the memorandum.
When there was no sign of this happening, Khairy together with about 200 supporters pushed their way past the FRU line.
In the commotion, some supporters, including Khairy, fell.
Other police personnel moved in to form a human chain in front of the entrance to the convention centre.
Despite this, Khairy and a handful of supporters managed to get through.
They squatted outside the entrance for two hours.
Besides Khairy, the others who waited outside included Umno Putera chief Datuk Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim and Datuk Norza Zakaria, political secretary to Finance Minister II Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop.
Khairy was finally allowed into the building and was seen being taken to the Police Control Centre.
He came out about 20 minutes later and told his supporters that the memorandum was with Rice.
At a press conference after he emerged, Khairy said: “Today, Malaysia’s youth have told the United States that the violence must be stopped and that Rice’s presence in Malaysia is not welcomed. She is only here because of the courtesy and honour of the Malaysian Government.”
“She has no right to be here because the United States has done nothing to stop the genocide against Palestine and Lebanon,” he said.
When pressed whether he had personally handed the memorandum to Rice, he said he could only confirm that the memorandum was in her hands.
Wanita Umno will write to the United States and United Nations offices here to protest against Israel’s military action in south Lebanon.
Its chief Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz, who is International Trade and Industry Minister, said the wing condemned the violence and inhuman conditions subjected to the Lebanese in the fighting.

since when in the bluest and widest world that states in the constituition or watever you may call it that corporate oranisations and rich homes MUST fly the jalur gemilang?!?... i personally may not know about it, pls tell me if there's one...
watever it is... i think flying of jalur gemilang is strictly up to individual whether to fly it or not, not by some fly-jalur-gemilang-or-have-uninvited-guest-turning-up-which-can-be-humiliating kinda 'threat' fm the government..
i am happy to be a malaysian, wat's in the heart matters most... flying flag is an option, not supposed to be a instruction...
almost everyone love living in a huge and beautiful bungalow and the security is one of the most important thing everyone needs to look into...

KUALA LUMPUR: Corporate organisations and rich homes in the Klang Valley have been told to fly the Jalur Gemilang during the National Day celebrations or “someone may pay them a surprise visit.”
“Last year, many corporate buildings and well-heeled houses failed to raise the flag. But this year, we are going to take action,” said National Day organising committee chairman Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim.
“Even though the action is only by means of turning up at their doorsteps to enquire why they have failed to display the flag, it can be humiliating for them,” he told reporters after the committee met the respective state secretaries at the Malaysia Handicraft Complex here yesterday.
“If the committee members receive any information on corporate organisations and well-heeled houses failing to raise the national flag during the one-month celebration, they will not hesitate to take action,” added Dr Rais, who is Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister.
There was no reason for Malaysians not to fly the Jalur Gemilang as a show of patriotism, he said, adding that all state representatives were also told to encourage villagers and Felda settlers to fly the national flag.
Dr Rais said 300,000 flags – sponsored by various corporations – have been distributed nationwide.
Corporate organisations that sponsor the flags would be given tax exemption, he said.
The month-long 49th National Day celebration will kick off in Terengganu on Aug 18 and end in Sabah on Sept 16.
Kuching will host the main National Day parade on Aug 31.
Meanwhile, Fly the Jalur Gemilang campaign chairman Datuk Ahmad Zahid Hamidi called on all Malaysians, regardless of their political affiliations, to show their patriotism.
The campaign starts on Tuesday, he told a press conference here.
Ahmad Zahid, who is Deputy Information Minister, said he had asked the assistance of the print and electronic media to organise activities to promote the campaign.
He said Information Minister Datuk Zainuddin Maidin would flag off participants of the Jalur Gemilang convoy, comprising 49 four-wheel drive vehicles from the ministry and 19 high-powered motorcycles from the Superbikers Association of Malaysia at Angkasapuri on Aug 17.
The convoy’s first destination is Kuala Terengganu where Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will present a Jalur Gemilang to the participants.
After Terengganu, the convoy will head to Kelantan, Perlis, Kedah and Langkawi before reaching its last destination in the peninsula, Kuantan, on Aug 25.

this is prolly another reason why malaysia is still not there yet up on par with other fast moving forward countries... malaysia have almost everything and everything compare to many countires, but the mentality and openess of things of some people is still wayyyyyyyy down low...
maybe this issue have something to do with islamic countries thingie?!?... if so, then pls dun report it as we are malaysians.. instead... report it as we are malay, sir!... dun get the whole of approx 27 million rakyat involved...
this guy seems to be kinda vocal lately... perhaps building up for the next election?!?...
dun get me wrong... i dun mean to offend anything and/or anyone for that matter...
i as a malaysian who involves in country politics since school days have the freedom of speech... got into it extra bit lately, things seems to be getting out of hand...
who say people dun stand up and voice out solutions.. wat do you get?!?... deaf ears... when will this kinda deaf ears gonna become ok again?!?... prolly it's when malaysia have a decent balance in the next election!...
people may take it as very negative of me of me to speak negatively on things in malaysia...
bear in mind.. i am happy to be a malaysian... heck yeah, proud to be as one as well!... but, my sentiments fm all my 'political' postings are to the current government... wat the current government is doing, all seems to be ok... no one seems to be voicing out the genuine voices... rather they love having mamak stall talking session about this country and this and that...
there are tons of positive notes about malaysia to motivate people... the island, the tower, the food, the people, the f1 circuit, etc.... BUT, how many of them are genuine stuffs like without any corruption to it, under table stuffs, etc?!?... take for eample... johor bahru will be soon THE place to be with spending of rm 15 billion... can one put their heads on the chopping block and tell one that every single cent will be going to the project?!?...
back to this particular topic... i read an article quite some time back re everyone in the government wants to be penghulu for their kampung (leader in the village) whereby the country as a whole is moving forward (let's put the idea on HOW the country is moving forward aside)... the question is... wat made rais yatim said to STOP shows with too much skin?!?... islamic country?!?... indecent stuffs?!?... or wat?!?..... am sure people fm thailand, vietnam and even singapore came to watch pcd which will automatically increase the economy in malaysia, not much but better than none tho!...

Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim wants the relevant agencies to stop the concerts “once the performers show too much skin”.
“The agencies involved should send their officers to monitor the concerts,” he said at the ground-breaking ceremony of Studio Digital Mixstage here yesterday.
“I am sad that such performances are being shown to the public,” he added..
He said this when shown pictures of scantily-dressed members of the all-girl ensemble, Pussycat Dolls, at the group’s PCD World Tour 2006 last Wednesday night.
Dr Rais also announced the appointment of Mohd Mahyidin Mustakim as the new director of the National Film Development Corporation (Finas).
He hoped that with the appointment there would be high quality of service from Finas.
Mahyidin, currently executive producer of Pesona Pictures Sdn Bhd, will relinquish his position to concentrate on Finas.
The studio, to be built at Dataran Karyawan Finas, will be the most modern in the region.
Costing RM30mil and occupying 2,396 sq meters, it will house Dolby, Sony Dynamic Digital Sound and Digital Theatre Systems.
The four-storey building is expected to be completed in April 2008.

epf to provide bulk funding for 425 projects...
i personally find it kinda funny... so far we have no news on epf income, accounts gain, deficit, etc...
yesterday it came out clearly that epf income jumps 11.7%... and today... just one day after yesterday.. the govt announced epf to provide bulk funding for 425 projects!...
why this very 2 important news only announced one day apart?!?... whereby, this 2 news are link to each other...
are they trying to avoid this kinda scenario...

EPF income jumps 11.7%
KUALA LUMPUR: The Employees Provident Fund's (EPF) gross income rose by 11.7% to RM13.2bil, and asset size by 9.8% to RM263.8bil, for the financial year ended Dec 31.
EPF chairman Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali said the fund’s investment income continued to grow despite difficult market conditions.
“About 78% of the total gross income came from fixed income instruments,” he said.
“Of these instruments, Malaysian Government Securities (MGS) contributed 38.1%, and loans and bonds 33.9%.
“Of the total income, equities made up 22.2%, money market instruments 5.5%, and properties 0.3%.”
He said in line with its prudent and effective investment strategies, the fund has declared a higher dividend rate of 5% for 2005 compared with 4.75% for the previous year.
The EPF’s 2005 Annual Report was tabled in Parliament yesterday.
Abdul Halim said in the year under review, the EPF’s total accumulated investments increased by 9.6% to RM259.9bil.
“MGS remained the core investment instrument, representing RM97.8bil, while loans/ bonds contributed RM94.3bil, equity RM49.6bil, money market instruments RM16.6bil, and property RM1.6 bil,” he said.
“Total contributions collected by the EPF in 2005 rose 11.5% to RM24.4bil, up from RM21.9bil in 2004.
“The year also saw increases in asset size, membership base, employer base and contributions.
“Membership increased by 3.5% to 11.1 million members, with 5.23 million being actively contributing members.”
Going forward, Abdul Halim said, the EPF would continue with its large-scale operational efficiency programmes in line with best practices and standards.
“The EPF will continue with its 55-year record with clear objectives to be achieved in the coming years,” he said. – Bernama

EPF to provide bulk of funding for 425 projects
PUTRAJAYA: The Employees Provident Fund will provide the bulk of the funding for 425 projects under private finance initiatives (PFIs).
Funding from the EPF will be channelled to a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) – which might not necessarily be owned by the EPF – which would then pay contractors to build the various social infrastructure projects under the 9MP, such as quarters for uniformed personnel.
The EPF then gets a return from the assets leased by the Government, which would be higher than what the fund could get from its deposits in the banks.
The SPV, which owns the assets, would transfer the facilities to the Government after the lease ends.
To assist PFI projects and make them more viable, the Government will establish a RM5bil Facilitation Fund to provide some financial assistance for land acquisition or aid in the relocation of squatters.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said yesterday the PFI scheme would have two formats.
In the first format, a private company would construct the building and lease it to the Government.
He said the Government could ask for funds from the EPF for the construction of housing and stations for the police, and the Government would pay rental to the EPF.
“It’s a good investment for the EPF as the rental is already guaranteed, and EPF enjoys better returns,” Abdullah said.
In the second example, a private company would build, own and operate the asset and assume the financial and commercial risks of such an asset.
Such PFI would undertake projects not identified by the Government but by the private sector that deemed a project economically viable and would benefit the public.
“Through the PFI, private companies have to finance it in its entirety,” Abdullah said.
“But if there are issues the project faces, such as land issues, we will facilitate that, through a fund.
“We will help in these matters, but (private companies) should not hope for a bail-out.”

Boost for construction industry
KUALA LUMPUR: The 880 projects worth RM15bil to be tendered under the 9th Malaysia Plan will give a much needed boost to the country's construction industry, Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu said here yesterday.
As part of the speedy rollout of the projects, the tender documents for all of them have to be given out by June 30, 2007, he said.
The tenders will be advertised in local newspapers and online.
Samy Vellu thanked the Prime Minister for the projects, adding that it showed that Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi cared about the problems faced by local contractors, especially bumiputra ones, in getting jobs.
Samy Vellu said that in line with Abdullah's directions, the Public Works Department (PWD) and other relevant departments and agencies in the ministry would speed up the design and issuance of tender documents.
“I will personally monitor the implementation of this directive,” he said, adding that the PWD had already issued tender documents for some of the 65 infrastructure projects announced.

EPF keen to be major financier of 9MP jobs
SHAH ALAM: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is committed to being a major financier of the RM20bil worth of private finance initiative projects under the 9th Malaysia Plan (9MP), said chief executive officer Datuk Azlan Mohd Zainol.
“We are ready to fund all RM20bil worth of projects if necessary,” he said after a corporate briefing and plant tour of The Star Media Hub here yesterday.
“However, we believe funding will be shared with Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen, but we would be the major financier.
“We expect proposals to start coming in soon, probably by the year-end. The EPF is very supportive of the 9MP.
“We will also continue with our traditional investments in bonds, Malaysian government securities and loans.”
The 12 senior management staff members of the EPF were taken on a tour of The Star’s printing plant here by Star Publications (M) Bhd group managing director Datuk Steven Tan and some of the newspaper's senior officials. This was the EPF senior management’s first visit to the plant.
Among the fund officials were deputy chief executive officer (management and organisational development) Rusma Ibrahim, deputy chief executive officer (investment) Dr Roslan A. Ghaffar, chief investment officer (equities) Johari Abdul Muid, general manager (private equity) Rita Benoy Bushon and general manager (property investment) Mohd Lofty Mohd Noh.

EPF income jumps 11.7%
KUALA LUMPUR: The Employees Provident Fund's (EPF) gross income rose by 11.7% to RM13.2bil, and asset size by 9.8% to RM263.8bil, for the financial year ended Dec 31.
EPF chairman Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali said the fund’s investment income continued to grow despite difficult market conditions.
“About 78% of the total gross income came from fixed income instruments,” he said.
“Of these instruments, Malaysian Government Securities (MGS) contributed 38.1%, and loans and bonds 33.9%.
“Of the total income, equities made up 22.2%, money market instruments 5.5%, and properties 0.3%.”
He said in line with its prudent and effective investment strategies, the fund has declared a higher dividend rate of 5% for 2005 compared with 4.75% for the previous year.
The EPF’s 2005 Annual Report was tabled in Parliament yesterday.
Abdul Halim said in the year under review, the EPF’s total accumulated investments increased by 9.6% to RM259.9bil.
“MGS remained the core investment instrument, representing RM97.8bil, while loans/ bonds contributed RM94.3bil, equity RM49.6bil, money market instruments RM16.6bil, and property RM1.6 bil,” he said.
“Total contributions collected by the EPF in 2005 rose 11.5% to RM24.4bil, up from RM21.9bil in 2004.
“The year also saw increases in asset size, membership base, employer base and contributions.
“Membership increased by 3.5% to 11.1 million members, with 5.23 million being actively contributing members.”
Going forward, Abdul Halim said, the EPF would continue with its large-scale operational efficiency programmes in line with best practices and standards.
“The EPF will continue with its 55-year record with clear objectives to be achieved in the coming years,” he said. – Bernama

EPF to provide bulk of funding for 425 projects
PUTRAJAYA: The Employees Provident Fund will provide the bulk of the funding for 425 projects under private finance initiatives (PFIs).
Funding from the EPF will be channelled to a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) – which might not necessarily be owned by the EPF – which would then pay contractors to build the various social infrastructure projects under the 9MP, such as quarters for uniformed personnel.
The EPF then gets a return from the assets leased by the Government, which would be higher than what the fund could get from its deposits in the banks.
The SPV, which owns the assets, would transfer the facilities to the Government after the lease ends.
To assist PFI projects and make them more viable, the Government will establish a RM5bil Facilitation Fund to provide some financial assistance for land acquisition or aid in the relocation of squatters.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said yesterday the PFI scheme would have two formats.
In the first format, a private company would construct the building and lease it to the Government.
He said the Government could ask for funds from the EPF for the construction of housing and stations for the police, and the Government would pay rental to the EPF.
“It’s a good investment for the EPF as the rental is already guaranteed, and EPF enjoys better returns,” Abdullah said.
In the second example, a private company would build, own and operate the asset and assume the financial and commercial risks of such an asset.
Such PFI would undertake projects not identified by the Government but by the private sector that deemed a project economically viable and would benefit the public.
“Through the PFI, private companies have to finance it in its entirety,” Abdullah said.
“But if there are issues the project faces, such as land issues, we will facilitate that, through a fund.
“We will help in these matters, but (private companies) should not hope for a bail-out.”

Boost for construction industry
KUALA LUMPUR: The 880 projects worth RM15bil to be tendered under the 9th Malaysia Plan will give a much needed boost to the country's construction industry, Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu said here yesterday.
As part of the speedy rollout of the projects, the tender documents for all of them have to be given out by June 30, 2007, he said.
The tenders will be advertised in local newspapers and online.
Samy Vellu thanked the Prime Minister for the projects, adding that it showed that Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi cared about the problems faced by local contractors, especially bumiputra ones, in getting jobs.
Samy Vellu said that in line with Abdullah's directions, the Public Works Department (PWD) and other relevant departments and agencies in the ministry would speed up the design and issuance of tender documents.
“I will personally monitor the implementation of this directive,” he said, adding that the PWD had already issued tender documents for some of the 65 infrastructure projects announced.

EPF keen to be major financier of 9MP jobs
SHAH ALAM: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is committed to being a major financier of the RM20bil worth of private finance initiative projects under the 9th Malaysia Plan (9MP), said chief executive officer Datuk Azlan Mohd Zainol.
“We are ready to fund all RM20bil worth of projects if necessary,” he said after a corporate briefing and plant tour of The Star Media Hub here yesterday.
“However, we believe funding will be shared with Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen, but we would be the major financier.
“We expect proposals to start coming in soon, probably by the year-end. The EPF is very supportive of the 9MP.
“We will also continue with our traditional investments in bonds, Malaysian government securities and loans.”
The 12 senior management staff members of the EPF were taken on a tour of The Star’s printing plant here by Star Publications (M) Bhd group managing director Datuk Steven Tan and some of the newspaper's senior officials. This was the EPF senior management’s first visit to the plant.
Among the fund officials were deputy chief executive officer (management and organisational development) Rusma Ibrahim, deputy chief executive officer (investment) Dr Roslan A. Ghaffar, chief investment officer (equities) Johari Abdul Muid, general manager (private equity) Rita Benoy Bushon and general manager (property investment) Mohd Lofty Mohd Noh.
Azlan was impressed with The Star Media Hub’s state-of-the-art printing technology.

I refer to your exclusive report 18 more ministers among 'elite' speedsters.
If one says that selected prosecution does not take place in Malaysia, please laugh. Ministers are getting away with unpaid traffic summonses while the ordinary man is being dragged to the lock-up in the wee hours of the morning.
Inspector-General of Police Mohd Bakri Omar must explain the police's failure to arrest the prime minister, the deputy prime minister and other cabinet ministers for not paying their traffic summonses, some dating back to late 1990s.
Why the double standard? When the ordinary man, who surely earns much less than these ministers, fails to pay his or her summonses, the police take great pains to go to court and obtain warrants of arrest.
If the IGP cannot give a satisfactory answer as to why there are no warrants of arrest against these ministers, who in their hypocritical political speeches and Hari Raya messages advice motorists to drive slowly and carefully, then he should obviously resign for failing in his duties.
No doubt that in most cases, it is the ministers' drivers who commit the traffic offence, but while ferrying whom?
The deputy prime minister has collected summonses dating back to 1999 and owes the government about RM8,000. And guess what? No warrant of arrest. Works Minister S Samy Vellu, with 143 unpaid summonses, still owes the government RM17,460.
He is followed by Foreign Affairs Minister Syed Hamid Albar, who has racked up 121 unpaid summonses totaling RM15,200 over the past seven years.
Close on his heels is Human Resources Minister Dr Fong Chan Onn, with a debt of RM15,230 from 115 summonses issued from May 21, 2001 up to April this year.
Entrepreneur and Co-operative Development Minister Mohamed Khaled Nordin is said to owe RM12,190 from 93 summonses over a period of seven years.
Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had 11 summons, Women, Family and Community Development Minister Sharizat Abdul Jalil had 23 and International Trade and Industry Minister Rafidah Aziz had 10. Youth and Sports Minister Azalina Othman had 28 recorded against her name.

Ministers with numerous speeding tickets should undergo community service as their “fine,” an MP told the House.
Datuk Kamarudin Jaafar (Pas – Tumpat) said ministers’ cars were usually driven very fast.
“But when it comes to implementing projects, they are very slow,” he said during question time.
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Azlan Sultan Abu Bakar, in his reply, said the summonses issue had been discussed at the Cabinet meeting and all ministers whose cars were issued with speeding tickets had to pay the fine.
“No one can escape from paying the fine. We have also sent a directive to the drivers of cars carrying the Prime Minister, his deputy and other ministers telling them not to speed,” he said.
“Sometimes, a minister is tired and nods off in the car and the driver may take advantage of the situation by driving fast.”
On road safety, Tengku Azlan said several measures were being implemented, including road safety campaigns and enforcement checks,” he said.
“The Road Safety Plan aims to reduce road fatalities by 50% by 2010. Last year, there were 6,188 road fatalities, or a 0.6% drop from 2004.”
The number of accidents which involved slight injuries also dipped to 31,429 last year from 38,631 in 2004.

Mohd Salleh Bin Abdullah RF/87626 dan isterinya bersama-sama dengan anaknya datang sekali lagi ke kedai saya. 2 buah kereta yang penuh dengan orang yang tidak saya kenali telah berhenti di depan kedai saya. En. Mohd Salleh, isterinya bersama anaknya menjejaki kedai saya dan En. Mohd Salleh RF/87626 melempar kertas yang dicetak warna pada sebelah pagi itu di kaunter dan bermula membuat bising di kedai saya sehingga menakutkan pelanggan-pelanggan yang mengunjungi ke kedai berinternet saya. Pasangan suami isteri itu yang bert-shirt Polis Diraja Malaysia tidak menerima penjelasan saya dan terus menjerit dan membuat bising di kedai saya. Saya tidak mempunyai cara lain dan memulangkan RM12.00 walaupun rugi kerana saya masih ingin meneruskan perniagaan saya dan menjaga keselamatan isteri dan anak saya yang berada di kedai pada masa itu. Isteri saya ingin cuba menerangkan sekali lagi dan menyuruh anaknya membuka disketnya untuk membuktikan kepada ayahnya tetapi anaknya terus meninggalkan kedai saya disebabkan gagal mengeluarkan disket kerana isteri saya juga berada dikedai semasa anaknya membuat percetakan warna. Semasa En. Mohd Salleh RF/87626 bersama isterinya keluar dari kedai dan En. mengatakan "Kalau kedai you buka di Besut, kedai you akan tutup". Disambil itu pasangan suami isteri itu mengatakan ingin membuat laporan dan saya tidak mempedulikannya sehingga pada 25 Mei 2006, saya menerima surat daripada Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia baru saya sedar kata-katanya "Kalau kedai you buka di Besut, kedai you akan tutup". Saya bimbang perkara ini akan merosakkan imej kedai saya dan pengugutan yang berterusan pada masa yang akan datang kerana kata-kata seorang kontinjen polis adalah lebih berkuasa jika berbanding dengan orang biasa, dan saya membuat laporan ke Ibu Pejabat Polis Diraja Malaysia Kuala Terengganu dan kini ingin membuat laporan ke Polis Diraja Bukit Aman kerana takut pengugutan yang berterusan kerana pasangan suami isteri ini merupakan kontinjen Polis Diraja Malaysia.
