120 minutes still no score... and the score needs to be sorted out via penalty kicks!...
golden goal and/or silver goal rule is bad and unfair... penalty kicks is cruel and cunning...
that's it... the english are out of the world cup 2006... their exit were filled with controversies, doubts and uncertainterties...
not to say me being a sore loser... but, come on.. one clear penalty not awarded and one underserved red card shown says it all!...
couldn't bear watching the penalty kicks initially in big fish.. thought of waiting for results in the car... but, somehow something in someway made me stayed back to watch the disaster happened...
lampard, gerrard and carragher penalty kicks saved by ricardo... wat else you want me to say about chelsea and liverpool players?!?... i even gave up thinking about them, dun even bother to ask me to comment about them... as soon as i saw lampard were to take the 1st kick... most of the big fish patrons that nite went... "ooooooooooo... not him pls"... that guy having probs to score even open goals.. wat more taking a penalty...
people say the goal post will look huge when taking a penalty during a game, not during penalty kicks... so true... me myself realised the goal post were smaller that nite... :) ...
2 more things to note fm that game...
- hargreaves were indeed excellent against the portugese...
- lennon made such a big impact when he came on for beckham...
- crouch is to fragile and/or flimsy...
watever it may be.. england WILL BE back in 4 years time...
p/s ; think the english fa paid walcott air ticket/s, accomodation, etc for the fun of it...
