that's the exact 'proverb' one of my good frens use to tell me...... this proverb which also means 'don't teach a duck how to swim'!...

for almost 8 years + am in the logistics line... and, don't think i need any help in terms of doing those 'normal day to day quotations' for clients.... basically had a screwed up morning today... one of our bosses basically changed all the quotations which my other colleague already finished doing!... come on dude... i have been doing this 'style/charges' for the past 8 years or so and the charges are so so so ok with clients, and... you just have to come and changed the whole freaking thing lah?!?..... arghhhhhh... don't you have any other work?!?... i mean this is our 'territory', you dun have to come and disturb us!... on top of that some charges and/or stuffs we do... do bring some little wee bit extra income to the company... and, you yrself as a boss are putting it all off!... dun feel like arguing with you, just because you are my boss... u want it yr way... i do it base on yr way..... at the end of the day, just don't whine and cry over why the sales/marketing team under perform and/or no 'extra income'...

human problems eh?!?...
