january 2008 - likely... but, he got to call it fast before the increase of prices, especially the oil prices... he boldly mentioned and confirmed re the increase toll rates, but says nothing about the increase of oil, pls prepare for the worse increase even in history!...
february 2008 - unlikely... unless he wants to screw around with the chinese and with the chinese votes... cny is around the 1st week of february 2008...
march 2008 - unlikely... due to the anwar factor... anwar will be back officially around mid-march 2008...
april 2008 - unlikely... still due to anwar factor...
may 2008 - likely... everything will be calm again, increase of prices, anwar factor, major festive celebration, etc...

there's a slight possibility for him to call for the general election 3rd or 4rd week of february 2008 or even he may do it on the 1st week of march 2008... school holidays may not be a factor for him to decide...

p/s ; the country is in a mess now, a big mess!... without a general election soon to decide and 'calm' the entire country, the country is going nowhere and it will be going downwards!...
