Thank You. Dedicating My 400th Posting To Raja Petra Kamaruddin.

I am dedicating this 400th posting of mine to Raja Petra Kamaruddin, founder and editor of Malaysia Today (http://malaysia-today.net/).

Sir,

Thank You.

You fought and still fighting,
To what is right and what belongs to the people without a blink,
You struggle and still struggling,
To teach the nation in order for them to continue learning,
You shed tears and still crying,
To expose the truth and the lies inside the closet hiding,
You shed blood and still bleeding,
To make Malaysia a nation worth a living,
You write and still writing,
To sent irresponsible and incompetent leaders shivering,
You said and still saying,
On behalf of the people that the current ruling government stink,
You proclaimed and still proclaiming,
The justice, the truth and the freedom or speaking.
(TT - 29th August 2008)

Thank you RPK!.

Anwar Ibrahim Welcomed With Arms Wide Open.

Welcome back Sir.

Anwar Ibrahim took his oath on 28th August 2008 at approx 1005 hours immediately after prayer recitals at the parliament and made the parliamentary opposition leader with immediate effect.

Let's get down to business which brings benefit for the people which you have promised in your manifesto, etc..

I am looking forward to a fairer, a colour blind and a prosperous Malaysia, most of all I am really looking forward to a Malaysia which practice the real meaning of democracy.

P/s ; From the video clips and the photos, Wan Azizah is looking very happy, compose, relax and peaceful. Thank you too for the struggle Kak Wan, let's look forward to being the first lady of Malaysia, soon!. :) .

Cyber Troopers Flooring The Accelerator?.

Told you injured animals are more dangerous, perhaps desperate too.

The cyber troopers thing is just so sickening!.

The block came too soon after the Permatang Pauh, Penang by-election. It also made it extremely obvious that the government is going all out on clamping down the bloggers.

Jeff Ooi nailed it, ""But MCMC cannot prosecute RPK while these cases are being disposed by the Bench. By so doing, MCMC is sucking up to their paymasters at Putrajaya."" (http://www.jeffooi.com/2008/08/mcmc_should_be_hanged.php).

The Injured Animals Are the Dangerous Ones.

When an animal is injured, it would perhaps pounce on anything that crosses their path. If their infected wound is not being attended with proper care and suitable medication, their infected wound will be infested with maggots and in no time the maggots grow and grow and grow.

I am no saying UMNO people are like animals, am using the same kind of example to it, but if you decide that UMNO people are like animals, then that's your personal opinion.

As reported, ""It is time to face the music: it is we who have been buried," he said."

As reported, ""Our leadership is rejected by the rakyat and, moreover, is rejected by our own members. BN's vote count was less than the number of Umno members in the constituency.""

I think Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah said it best, he is one of the alright ones in UMNO and coming from a veteran in UMNO, I think people should take his advise seriously.

As reported, ""This is a second time that the Malaysian people have given a clear message, with the first at the general elections. It is a rejection of the present leader and he must leave now.""

Mukhriz Mahathir, you still dont' get it, it's not only because of the present leader in UMNO only that UMNO lost, it's the entire UMNO.

People are fed-up with the 'Ketuanan Melayu' racial nonsense that UMNO is preaching, people is fed-up with the abuse of power in UMNO, people is fed-up with the corruption in UMNO, people is fed-up with the arrogance and poor attitude of UMNO and perhaps most of all, people is fed-up with the 'loudest' in UMNO, Khairy Jamaluddin, that is. Do consider Khairy Jamaluddin is one of UMNO's downfall too.

Look deep into the problem, analyse it, discussed on it and solved it for the betterment of the people. Don't only know how to blame the leader, eventhough the leader is at fault. Take it as a team.

Yes, you may say the project managers in The Apprentice by Donald Trump received most of the firing, but that's not necessary all the time you get that. You may get a very good leader for that particular project, but if the team screw up, the team manager is screwed too!. Take it as a team

The 'wind' from 8th March 2008 is still blowing strongly, be it whether it's Arif Shah or Najib Razak or even Abdullah Ahmad Badawi who contested against Anwar Ibrahim would be ousted. If it was a 2-ways fight, even an independent candidate may be able to put up a good challenge. Come to think about it, not only against Anwar Ibrahim will they lose in Permatang Pauh, they would lose it anywhere with whoever anyhow, anytime!

More in Malaysiakini, (http://malaysiakini.com/news/88657).

P/s ; Having said that, in no way I am feeling pitiful.

Thank You People Of Permatang Pauh, Penang.

Congrats and thank you to the people of Permatang Pauh. For once in a long time I am looking actually looking forward to celebrate Merdeka!. Thank you people of Permatang Pauh!.

As reported, "9.50pm: Official EC tally - Anwar Ibrahim got 31,195 votes, Arif Shah Omar Shah, 15,524, Hanafi Hamat, 92. Anwar won with a majority of 15,671.

Anwar's wife, Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, won the seat with a 13,398 majority at the March 8 general election.

The official voter turnout was 81.01 percent. There were 58,459 registered voters. The final voter turnout figure was much higher than what the EC had stated earlier today.

There were 447 spoilt votes and 98 unreturned ballot papers.

The turnout today is slightly higher than March 8.

Meanwhile, outside the main counting centre Tuanku Bainun Teaching Institute, thousands of jubilant PKR supporters had gathered to embrace their leader's return to Parliament.

PKR vice-president Azmin Ali was there to address the crowd numbering some 10,000. Other party leaders like R Sivarasa and Tian Chua were also there.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang and PAS' Husam Musa were also there.

Anwar also addressed the ecstatic group of supporters, thanking voters for their support.

"I thank God who has been with me through this gruelling election process. I thank the voters," Anwar said as he arrived at the counting centre where some 10,000 supporters were holding a wild celebration.

"The message is clear... we have made a demand for change, for freedom and for justice," he said. "The people do not want to be exploited. We want an economic order that protects all the people."

Hundreds of riot police stood guard and a helicopter hovered overhead as the crowd gathered on a field outside the building, chanting "Putrajaya! Putrajaya!" - the name of the administrative capital and the seat of government.

"This is a clear indication that people of all races have rejected the communal politics of Barisan Nasional. It is a clear endorsement of our reform agenda. We are on track to take over the government," said Anwar.

Tian said that the overwhelming victory showed that "the prime minister's racial politics is bankrupt".

The EC made the official announcement at 10.05pm. Only Anwar and Hanafi were present at the announcement. Also present was Wan Azizah.

Hanafi, who was gracious in his embarrassing defeat, said he was not disheartened by the lack of votes for him as he has succeeded in his aims to promote his little known party. He lost his deposit with the low votes he garnered.
"

The landslide majority victory Anwar Ibrahim received CLEARLY shows that race based politics is dead, 'Ketuanan Melayu' nonsense is long gone, people want abuse of power to stop, people want to eradicate poverty, people cannot tolerate any longer on corruption and so many other stuffs which people want to put an end to it and start fresh with the 'Ketuanan Rakyat' policies.

I am really thankful for the Permatang Pauh voters who helped to kick-start to the new dawn for Malaysia. Thank you!

The Real Journey To Putrajaya Begins Today, Via Permatang Pauh.

Lately, we often hear things like, the whole country don't bother to do anything but focus on Permatang Pauh by-election, the whole country is on hold because of Permatang Pauh by-election, etc.. Yes, indeed it is, that's the fact!. The people, especially the sane and responsible ones, wants to know where Malaysia will be heading to after 51 years of independence.

Although am not there personally to witness the history, but I am following up the entire by-election via Malaysiakini, phone calls and smses, from this morning, I dare say looking, hearing and understanding the current situation, Anwar Ibrahim is very likely to be the new Permatang Pauh Member of Parliament. Of course, when he wins, I hope he wins with a crushing majority and wins it in style.

Another fact is, when Anwar Ibrahim step into parliament, many of them would start packing their bags and start leaving the country as one of the many options. Mahathir Mohamad plans to migrate too.

To the people of Permatang Pauh ;

Please help to kick-start the 'Ketuanan Rakyat' policies.

Please help to kick-start the journey towards the real meaning of 'Bangsa Malaysia'.

Please help to put an end to all the racial policies.

Please help to put an end to all the marginasation.

Please help to put an end to all the corrupt practices.

Please help to put an end to all the heartache the people is facing with the Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) governance.

Let us all crush and bury Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) once and for all!.

Ng Yen Yen, You Should Be Ashamed Of Yourself.

As the Permatang Pauh, Penang by-election fiery campaigning period is coming to an end, the 'rewards' from Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) also intensifies.

As reported, "This afternoon, Women, Family and Community Development Minister Dr Ng Yen Yen openly handed out envelopes containing RM200 to 156 Chinese elderly at a function in Permatang Pauh."

As reported, "According to her, it was a mere coincidence that the financial aid came in at the sensitive time of the by-election. She added that it was an annual activity organised by the foundation."

Mere coincidence eh?. What a lie, you should be ashamed of yourself in engaging in money politics. Also, all of the beneficiaries were required to fill up a form, submit a photocopy of their identify card and had the thumb prints taken three times on a form. Filling up forms and submitting a photocopy of their indentity card is understandable, but what's with the thumb print must be taken until 3 times?. Don't treat the people as criminals, or was that to ensure those who accepted your 'generosity' must vote for your corrupted and racist party, if they don't you can use their details/thumb prints to track them down?.

P/s ; Bagi duit, ambik. Masa pangkah, pangkah untuk Anwar Ibrahim.

26th August 2008 Is A Special Holiday In Penang, Malaysia.

Yes, indeed it is!.

Think the Election Comissi0n in Malaysia (EC) may have fogotten that who is governing Penang at the moment when they decided to announce the polling day for the Permatang Pauh, Penang by-election. *chuckle*.

Also, I find it very funny Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) leaders is condemning that 26th August 2008 which is a Tuesday is a special holiday in Penang. *more chuckling*.

To the people of Permatang Pauh, Penang, ALL of you are perhaps the 'destiny-maker' for the entire Malaysia. Do what is right and cast your votes responsibly, let's send Anwar Ibrahim to parliament for the betterment of Malaysia!.

P/s ; Let's bury the good-for-nothing Khairy Jamaluddin's political career too!.

DAP 15th National Congress.

The entire proceedings was fully opened to the media. It was a posh, a big and an organised one, next venue to be held in Putra World Trade Center (PWC)/Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC)?.

A total of approx 739 delegates out of a total of aprox 948 elegible delegates from all over Malaysia elected the 20 Central Executive Committee (CEC) members. Most of the old CEC members retained and 2 fresh faces introduced through the election, plus a couple of young blood nominated.

Few notable issues was mentioned, discussed and/or noticed through out the 2 days congress, in no particular order ;

- A firm 'NO' to theocratic state.
- DAP is committed in working with the Pakatan Rakyat.
- DAP wants more Malays to join them.
- Having good and valid principle is a must of each and every party's member.
- Anwar Ibrahim have changed and he is the middle man for DAP and PAS.
- DAP is looking forward to a new 8 to 9 story headquarters in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Tunku Aziz joined DAP and appointed as one of the party vice-chairmen.
- The founder of DAP, Dr Chen Man Hin still look as strong as ever at 83 years old.

Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, What Is Your Intention?.

I don't really want to use rubbish from the Main Stream Media (MSM), but since Malaysiakini and many others did not send their reporters to cover this event, I will have to use article from a rubbish bin.

I find it very funny when I glanced through The Star main page this morning when am on the way to work, out of curiousity I flipped throguh couple of pages on it because of the main page, there's this huge photo of Abdullah Ahmad Badawi waiting for Komuter with the rest of the public and some articles on it.

Just wondering what is his intention of doing that since he have his transport minister to do so?.

- To show even he takes the public transport?.
- To show the caring side of him?.
- To explore his new found hobby?.
- To show he is a responsible prime minster?.
- To conduct a round of spot check like how he did to the immigartion department some time back?.
- To know the needs of the people?.
- To experience the sardine packed transportation?.
- To confirm the claims of public transportation in Malaysia is horrible?.

Honestly, I think it is a good move by him, IF he does that often. No time?. Then, manage the time properly.

Don't do that once every few years, do it once every 2 months or so and get to the ground and know, talk, speak and discuss with the people. Those people who take the public transport everyday in their life are the bosses and you have been elected to be their leader, be a responsible and caring one.

More in The Star, (http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2008/8/22/nation/22142822&sec=nation).

P/s ; Not only the transportation that needs to be looked at, there are many other sectors too.

The Good-For-Nothing Son-In-Law.

As reported, ""We are here to bury Anwar’s political career. We are here to make history to ensure our nation’s future is free and safe from him!" he thundered to loud cheers from those present.".

I chuckle when i read this. I am not surprise is he keeps on with some more of his 'kurang ajar' antics from him as Permatang Pauh, Penang campaigning period going full steam ahead.

Who is Khairy Jamaluddin anyway totell what people needs to do and what people need not to do?. He was part the Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) downfall on 8th March 2008 and yet he did not realise that. Well, at least his immediate boss apologise publicly though.

To call him a 'samseng' is degrading to the real 'samsengs'.

More in Malaysiakini, (http://malaysiakini.com/news/88228).

P/s ; Let's just hope the political career for this good-for-nothing pest will be buried soon, cremation is perhaps an option too.

Lim Guan Eng vs Koh Tsu Koon Debate.

Debate title, "Kisah Benar Kontroversi Tanah di Pulau Pinang" (The True Story Behind the Land Controversy in Penang).

Watched it live in the auditorium, it was quite stuffy and hot.

It was an interesting debate and 1 hour is definitely not enough.

Approx 5-6 land scandals was mentioned, but only concentrated on 1. I was actually looking forward to hear the debate on Penang Global City Centre (PGCC), as this issue was one of the issues mentioned.

Overall, I think Lim Guan Eng did well and Koh Tsu Koon did well too, thin the latter did pretty well as to not expose who is behind all this, perhaps to look after UMNO's interest?.

Najib Razak Just Don't Get It.

Najib Razak just don't get it and/or is he in denial?.

As reported, "Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak made a plea to the Chinese and Indian communities in Permatang Pauh - come back to the Barisan Nasional's fold.".

Who is the right frame of mind, be it a sane Malay or a sane Chinese or a sane Indian would vote for Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO)?.

Don't beg for votes as long as UMNO still practice racial policies which is supporting the 'Ketuanan Melayu'. The people are fed-up with the racial nonsense you people are preaching, the people wants a change, the people wants 'Ketuanan Rakyat' to prevail.
Also you mentioned few days ago that, "We hv never been racist, Umno is never a racist party and we will never be racist. Umno is a party for all Malaysians.".
Then what about the proclamation of 'Melayu Ditindas' and 'Hidup Melayu' by your UMNO people via huge banners during the Permatang Pauh by-election nomination day?.
Sir, would suggest that you don't be a hypocrite, you are what you are.
More in Malaysiakini, (http://malaysiakini.com/news/88061).

P/s ; Also, the 'political tsunami' on 8th August 2008 clearly indicates people don't really care who the candidate is and/or which race is the candidate is from, as long as the candidate is not from Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO), the votes won't go to him/her. Save your breath and perhaps enjoy the time before your early retirement.

The Beginning Of the End For Gerakan?.

The pressure to get Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) to really reform and do away with the racial policy is getting higher.

At times I pity Gerakan, I don't know what is Gerakan struggling for and I don't know what is Gerakan fighting for, they seems lost when comes to confronting the big brother, UMNO.

With the call for Gerakan to pull-out from the corrupted and racist Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) coalition and the resignation of Toh Kin Woon , the unsolved issues between Gerakan and UMNO becomes more apparent.

Who is next?. Tan Kee Kwong?.

P/s ; Or perhaps di mana and gula, di situ ada semut saying comes to play?.

The Route To Putrajaya Via Permatang Pauh.

Perhaps the whole world will now be anticipating 26th August 2008 to arrive.

Was in Permatang Pauh for the nomination day and it was explosive and emotions was running very high, perhaps it was between the emotion to keep the so-called shine in Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) and the emotion of wanting a change.

Gone are the days when the Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) outnumbered the entire crowd by much more than half, that is history. What goes around comes around. This time we saw extraordinary crowd for Pakatan Rakyat who came from all over the country, they want a change desperately. Change from corrupt practices, change from racial policy, etc..

Been to by-election before and this by-election is not just another by-election this country had before, this is the mother of all by-elections and this by-election is pass/ticket to Putrajaya!.

Different Face, Different Voice.

Beijing 2008 olympics organiser is a big disgrace.

You mean if the original singer is not pretty enough, she don't get to show her face to the world?. Who gave the rights for the olympic organiser to 'humiliate' the original singer in such a way?.

Don't think both the girls are at fault, but the organiser themselves.

Am in awe when I watched the opening ceremony of Beijin 2008 olympics and believe the opening ceremony is perhaps one of the most, if not the most organised opening ceremony in history, not anymore.

Toothache?.

Am looking at this case fm a different point of view.

Did you realised that almost all, if not the entire government lapdogs aka Main Stream Medias (MSM) hghlighted this issue in their main page?.

To me they are just trying to gain some brownie points to show their power that no one is above the law and perhaps it's because of the Permatang Pauh by-election too.

What's this mere RM 13,000.00+ compare to a RM 50.00/unit carjack which bought at RM5,700.00/unit?. Where are those big fishes?!?. Fishing rod broke and they swam away?!?.

Dear Mr President.

Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, please take a cue from this song.

Dialogues On Religion.

Much said over the past couple of days on dialogues/forums on religion after the Bar Council hosted a forum entitled "Conversion to Islam: Article 121 (1A) of the Federal Constitution" last Saturday (9th August 2008).

There was plenty of proposals that this kind of dialogues/forums should be held behind close doors.

No doubt that the issues on religion is ultra sensitive and it should be dealt with care, but then again this nation have already achieved 51 years of independence and having this kind of issues discussed openly should have no problem at all. Are we talking about the extremists and/or the immaturity some people are having?. That's perhaps a different topic altogether eh?.

By the way, what are close doors to you?.

UMNO Is RM 218 Million poorer.

But then again, what is RM 218 million to them?. *chuckle*.

Happy 61st Birthday!.

Happy 61st Birthday Anwar Ibrahim.

Wishing you the best in everything you do and may you win the Permatang Pauh, Penang by-election with an outstanding majority.

Please lead the way to Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur soonest possible and believe the people will be backing the adventure all the waywhich you will be taking.

Happy brithday!.

Another Pathetic 'Project'.

There are many other better things for you to look at lah, Rais. Like securing Pulau Pisang and start a banana plantation business there in that island in order to boost the fresh local fruits market.

Don't bother the bloggers, believe the bloggers are mature, sensible and independent enough to know what is right and what is wrong, most importantly beleiev they know what is seditious too.

P/s ; The bloggers did a major part in denying your corrupted party the 2/3 majority on 8th March 2008, you leading the team and getting back at the bloggers now?.

'Branding' For Pakatan Rakyat.

This issue have been in my mind here and there every now and then, perhaps the day Barisan alternatif (BA) was 'formed'.

This subject cropped up again after the announcement of Pakatan Rakyat (PR).

Just wondering why don't PR brand themselves officially, for a start, one flag for PR.

It's pretty 'confusing' to see 3 flags flying at each and every PR event. To me personally, don't think PR is showing any unifying factor/s 'outwardly' at this very moment other than few issues they are tackling hand-in-hand.

If they have yet to do so, maybe the key leaders from each and every party in PR sit down together and brainstorm this idea?.

In the world nowdays, it's all about branding and would be good to see PR finally come together as one 'outwardly', do start with the flag.

08-08-08.

It's already 08-08-08 and I strongly think in the spirit of olympics, Anwar Ibrahim, Lim Kit Siang, Karpal Singah, Hadi Awang and many others who deserves, to be given a diamond encrusted gold medal each as the longest 'runners' in 'Malaysia-Democratic-Olympics'.

Did not blog for 2 days and so many things happened.

Of course the the highlight being Anwar Ibrahim charged for another sodomy case which he denied and released on RM 20,000.00 bail. A good omen and/or a fair judge?.

What ever it may be, glad to have Anwar Ibrahim back in the scene and working his way to Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur for the betterment for ALL Malaysians.

I leave you this meaningful video clip.

Onwards Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur!.

Permatang Pauh By-Election.

My first reaction, 10 long days for campaigning?.

Anyway, let's just hope the authorities won't do anything stupid which add fuel to the fiery anger which the people is already having against them.

Let the battle begin.

Lie Detector.

Am not a big fan of Mix FM, I would rather opt for Lite FM.

But, lately I found myself tuning to Mix FM automatically and one of the many programmes which caught my attention is the Lie Detector test, (http://www.mix.fm/special/liedetector/default.asp).

I personally have seen before how this thing works and I can tell you it does wonders.

Understand they are using this kind of method on some certain cases, I am just wondering why don't the relevant authorities expand the usage of this method to solve 'mystery' cases.

If given a chance, I would propose that Najib Razak, Rosmah Mansor and P.Balasubramaniam to be called up and to go through the lie detector, one by one and at the same time in different cubicles/rooms and thereafter 'tally' the results together. Do the same test on Saiful Bukhari too.

Who would you want to see go through the same detector?.

To Cross-Breed Proton?.

This is a great idea!.

Am not trying to pour any clod water to this idea, but to me this sounded 'weird'.

If you can't even rectify some plauging minors problems in Proton like ;

- Power windows which don't really work.
- Alarm system which don't really work.
- Famous gear box problems in Proton Perdana.
- Etc.

Don't even think of doing a research on hybrid cars, at least for now.

Understand they even have special lanes/bays reserved to repair some faulty parts in the brand new Proton Saga in those Proton service/repairs centers.

Proton have been in the 'limping' mode since day one, don't continue and try to run if you can even walk properly first.

More in Malaysiakini, (http://malaysiakini.com/news/87189).

Barisan Nasional To Boycott Permatang Pauh By-Election?.

As reported in Malaysiakini, (http://malaysiakini.com/news/87169), "Kelantan Umno chairperson Annuar Musa said that fielding a candidate would result in a waste of public funds and that it was unnecessary for the BN to go along with Anwar Ibrahim's political strategy."

The battle is already lost?.

P/s ; If you know you are going to lose in a battle, don't lah use the word 'boycott'. *chuckle*.

An Oily Decision?.

As reported, ""If possible, I want to reduce the fuel price right now. Be patient, the government will announce it later," Abdullah was quoted as saying by the Bernama news agency."

Reported from Malaysiakini, (http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/87119)..

Why the delay Mr Prime Minister?.

The oil prices should come down immediately and not waiting for it to go up again and use that as a reason for not bringing price down, you and your team are certainly capable of doing that.

The economy in Malaysia have slowed by considerably since you hike up the price as high as, averagely 50%, between petrol and fuel.

Everything seems to have slowed down and affected due to the 'abnormal' increase, from the property market to transportation to local tourism to sundries prices to even a plate of Maggie goreng by the roadside!.

The inflation rates hit the roof at approx 8%, which I believe it's much higher, after the fuel price was increased, do not let it go through the roof.

Also, have a heart for the poor which you are supposed to help and eradicate their porverty and not making them suffer any further and any longer.

If Anwar Ibrahim can make the 'hari-ini-kita-bentuk-kerajaan-pusat-esok-harga-minyak-turn' promise, you can do the same too!. It's just probably the question of whther you want it or not.

P/s ; Your time is coming up very soon to retire and enjoy life, but for now, pls be a responsible leader who truly cares for the people. Practice what you preach.

Mother Of All By-Elections.

That is if they don't deny the liberty of Anwar Ibrahim to contest in Permatang Pauh.

Judging that Anwar Ibrahim wil be contesting in a safe seat and a possibly weak opponent, that should not make this by-election the mother of all by-elections. But, have a vision of Anwar Ibrahim going to parliament after 10 long years, look at the hype and feel the excitement, that probably made this by-election the mother of all by-elections.

After the statement from Tian Chua on Anwar Ibrahim may be arrested in 48 hours, (http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/87050), that made this weekend or the following weeks ahead going to be interesting.

Think these people are going all out to deny Anwar Ibrahim an official pass to the parliament.

Cops wrapped up the sodomy case (http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/87049) almost the same time as Wan Azizah held a press conference about her quitting as the Permatang Pauh member of parliament, how more coincidental you want this to be?. *chuckle*

I would suggest that they don't do anything stupid and haul Anwar Ibrahim in for any unfounded reason/s. The people are ready and the people would rise to defend Anwar Ibrahim in order for him to lead the nation as the prime minster. Like some say, this is not a threat, but a promise!.

More in Malaysiakini, (http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/87047).

P/s ; I personally want Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) to put the UMNO/PKR/UMNO arrogant spineless chameleon, Ezam Nor to contest in Permatang Pauh and I am looking forward to see him not only losing to his ex-boss, but losing the deposit as well!.

Fuel Prices Down?.

My question is, "Why needed ONLY an overnight decision to raise the price and when want to reduce they need to take weeks?".

Want to pacify the people?.

Stop giving out this kinda false hopes lah!. Want to do it, do it IMMEDIATELY.

Pls let me borrow from Patrick Teoh, NIAMAH!!!.

P/s ; More in Malaysiakini, (http://malaysiakini.com/news/87036)..

Fed-Up.

Malaysia is going further down the drain.

From the economic point of view to the judicial problem to the racial stuffs and now the medical industry is tainted with dirt from the Anwar Ibrahim's case.

The things which is happening in Malaysia lately is downright shameful, pathetic and bizzare.

I am worried about the future of Malaysia as everything seems to be so uncertain and unsure at the moment. This particular moment is extremely crucial as where Malaysia will be heading in the next, perhaps, 50 years. Many leaders were forced 'out from their comfort zone' after the 8th March 2008. Some are being childish and hanging on to what does not belongs to them and they create a ruckus out of it.

I am fed-up about the stuffs which is going on in Malaysia as EVERYTHING seems to be on the standstill because of the incompetency in solving problems by the Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) leaders.

If the current government still have that kind of 'tidak apa' attitude and not realising what harm they are doing to Malaysia and the long terms effects from their wrong doings, we may be on par with Indonesia or even Zimbabwe in terms of every aspects in no time.

To those who are in the comfort zone, let's be radical for once, let's help to change the 50 years of corrupted governing practices of Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO)!. Let us keep the fire of the 12th general election burning and assist in the change of government, soon?.

The question should not be, "Would Pakatan Rakyat behave like Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO) when Pakatan Rakyat comes into full political power?".

The question should be, "Can we actually afford another round of 50 years of wrong doings of Barisan Nasional (read : UMNO)?". For my future and because I love Malaysia, I can't.

P/s ; Let's keep the fire burning.

Pet-Pet.

"Pilih mana gelanggang you mau"?.

This is funny. It's been a while since I last heard that kind of stuff.

One Pet looking for another Pet.

Think both Pets know exactly how and where to find each other, but the younger Pet threw the question/challenge via Malaysiakini reporter. Why?. Cheap/free publicity in order to bring further and additional shame to his family?.

Video Clips Of Anwar Ibrahim's Trial.

Watching this 7 clips can be really 'refreshing'.

Comes September 2008, this tragedy would be 'celebrate its 10th anniversary'. Looking at the desperate attempt at this very moment, they are trying very hard to force a part 2 on Anwar Ibrahim.

The stuffs which is happening lately may indicates another round of political assasination on Anwar Ibrahim.

September 2008 is nearing, let's just what else they can come up with other than pathetic re-cycled script.

Quote Of the Day.

"This time I am going for broke. This time I am prepared to go to jail for a long, long time just to make sure that Najib is not going to become Prime Minister of Malaysia in June 2010. Yes, I know I am headed for a fall, but I am going to bring Najib down with me. We shall both hit the dirt and become history, side-by-side."

(Raja Petra Kamaruddin - 23rd July 2008)

Please Buy A Mercedes To Save Cost In Tough Times.

As much as I do not want to quote junk/rubbish from a Main Stream Media (MSM), I will need to as so far Malaysiakini have yet to do a report on this piece of news which I think it's news worthy.

I thought this current Mentri Besar (MB) of Terengganu, Ahmad Said, can think and calculate better than the former MB, Idris Jusoh. I am wrong!.

How in the world can buying 14 units of Mercedes E200 Kompressor cars at RM3.43mil for the use of its state executive councillors and senior officials, be beneficial and cost saving?.

As reported, "Ahmad cited the example of the Proton Perdana of state Commerce, Industry and Environment committee chairman Toh Chin Yaw, which has twice undergone expensive repairs costing RM50,000 within 36 months.".

That equals to RM 1,3888.89 per month of repair for 36 months. If that particular vehicle is being repaired EVERY month for 36 months, ok fine, else it's just a total waste of money and abuse of funds!.

In order to change the entire fleet, prove it to the people that the entire fleet is condemned and it is beyond repair!. Also, other brand of cheaper cars is an option too, not Mercedes which is consider luxurious, the tax payers pay you to do a job and not to live like a King and enjoy life!.

Here we are talking about the bad state of economy and how to make some extra income to make ends meet and at the same time, we have 'heroes' who spend unnecessary money.

RM 3.43 million can basically feed a whole kampung with 100 families for at least 5 long years, with RM 571.67 per month for one family!. You want to talk about long term planning, feeding the needy that way IS a long term plan!

Be it whether the money comes from the royalties or from their own coffers, this particular spending is just out of anyone's mind.

Fwded email.

Basically, the original sender of the below email says it all.

Even though I am not a ardent fan of Anwar, but I still believe this present BN government ought to be replaced democratically in the next general election, not through the cross-overs of BN fools or the bringing down of govt leaders through statutory declarations. And looks like BN is so afraid of Anwar that it over-reacts everytime Anwar farts.

When Syed Hamid Albar smelt Anwar's fart of demonstration, he also blamed others like Guan Eng, Kit Siang for the fart as well. And he deployed police all over KL and turned it into a war-zone like city. When asked for the info on DAP involvement in meetings planning for the demo, he said this is classified police intelligence. Guan Eng has challenged him to prove it but he maintained his stand with no proof to show! Imagine we have such a minister of internal security!! Please click and read (http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2008/7/16/parliament/21830713&sec=parliament)...

People were late for work. Time is money! Cars stuck in jam, burning more fuel! That's money too!

That is why all of us need to be patient but make sure we do the right thing the next general election i.e. vote in an alternative govt and make a 2-party system a reality in Malaysia. If the ruling govt cannot function well, then we vote in the other one the next time round. This is what I term as political maturity.

The Anwar-Shabery debate just went on to show how naive and ridiculous BN govt we have, coming from the spokesman of the govt, minister of information. or rather misinformation! Want to know what I mean....read on...

These are my rebuttal points and it's up to you whether they make sense or not...no need statutory declarations!!:

1) The BN govt had always blamed the opposition of being rhetoric, which to a certain extent, I agree. But, what about BN themselves. All Penangites, please remember, just days before the last general election, Pak Lah, Soh Chai Dr (Keng Yaik) and other big BN fools made a special appearance in Penang, just to give rhetoric speeches to hit out at Anwar personally, realising they are losing the political grip on Penang. But the flip-flop PM asked much before that, who is Anwar!! Ok, fine, one can still agree with that as it is a political campaign. But the debate yesterday suppose to be on an economical issue of fuel price increase and inflation. But, instead of explaining what the govt is planning to do to overcome the current crisis, the so-called minister stoop so low to attack Anwar as a person and politician by being rhetoric, bringing up the past issues in 1974, 1997, and recent past protests and demonstrations. During introduction, the middle and wrap-up of the debate, Shabery, repeated his rhetorics, not only once but 3 times!! Hello no-brainer...we the people want to know about our future...not about your bloody fear of Anwar...don't fear him...fear us the People!! Since the debate is one-hour long, I have selected some short clips just to prove my point. Otherwise, I will be blamed for slander!! Click and watch

1) (http://youtube.com/watch?v=z-znutDvr7Y)...
2) (http://youtube.com/watch?v=9sXgP8gGs80)...
3) (http://youtube.com/watch?v=OkliPxzoDZs)...

2) The govt fool went on to say that the petrol subsidy is further removed so that it will not benefit the rich and foreigners. But, doesn't it burden the poor too. With an expected inflation rate increase from 3% to 6% (Bank Negara own projection) or to 8% (MIER projection), the poor will suffer much more, right??!! What happened to the earlier govt proposal of differentiating the price of different grades of petrol, so that the rich pay for more if they want and the poor pay less?? As usual, the govt flip-flopped and abandoned the idea!! Now let me share with a truth nothing but the truth (no need sumpah!!). In Singapore, the prices of fuel is SGD2.213 for 92-Octane, SGD 2.246 for 95-Octane and SGD2.32 for 98-Octane and SGD2.033 for diesel. First, the prices are differentiated. Second, they are RELATIVELY cheaper than us. I know when I say this, bloody BN fools will whack me and tell me to convert into RM. To all the bloody BN fools, is a manager's salary of RM5,000 equals SGD5,000. So, when compare relatively based on one-to-one, the price of fuel in Singapore is cheaper. To be specific for comparison, Malaysian petrol costs RM2.70 and diesel costs RM2.58.

3) Our minister of information, shared the information to compare Norway and Finland, where subsidy is not given, with Malaysia!! This bloody comparison has no basis at all! Let me correct this misinformation! Norway has the world 6th highest national income per capita of USD53,000 while Finland is USD35,300. I, for one, don't mind oil price hike if the income is that high. But Malaysia's per capita income is just USD13,300 and the govt wants to remove big chunk of the subsidy, if not all! But what the heck are the ruling BN fools do to improve the economy to that level that justifies removal of subsidies?! Common lah, stupid fool, compare apple with apple, not apple with empty-coconut-head like you!! Shabery Cheek didn't have to cheek to quote any figures to back his argument! Let me refer you to facts and figures, click (https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/rankorder/2004rank.html)...

4) Then the cheekless minister compared with Venezuela and Iran, where he insisted that the prices of fuel is very cheap but inflation is still very high. My God! What a stupid, baseless and preposterous comparison from a misinformed or simply ignorant minister of information!! There is this US arms embargo and an unofficial trade embargo against Venezuela and trade embargo against Iran. Surely with embargoes, the price level will be high.

Let me assure you, the BN govt being fools themselves will think Shabery did a good job and won the debate and can stay on as minister of information because fools seldom differ!! Let the fools claim this cheap victory for now but just make sure we make them taste the costly defeat in the next general election!

If you agree with me, please forward as widely as possible to all Malaysians. If not, just delete it! It's a free country and I respect your stand.

KUASA RAKYAT! PEOPLE POWER! MAKKAL SAKHTI!

May the Force of Change be with us!!

It's happening all over again after 10 years.

Wanna blog about this much earlier, as usual the internet line went haywired for almost the entire day, what's new from Streamyx?.

By now, the whole nation would have already know what happened to Anwar Ibrahim yesterday (16th July 2008).

I quote Lim Kit Siang, "In arresting Anwar Ibrahim outside his Bukit Segambut home just before 1 pm today, the police are being most provocative, unprofessional and untrustworthy".

It was plain stupid and outrageous that the cops with balaclavas to arrest before the due/'expiry' time at 1400 hours on 16th July 2008, on top of that what are the cops trying to prove with such an intimidation acts, also Anwar Ibrahim is not John Hancock in Hancock the movie!. Bakri Zinin the CID Chief added more stupidity on this case saying that they are afraid that Anwar Ibrahim would not turn up that's why they arrest them!. It's a shame to the entire police force as a whole!.

Am pretty sure 16th July 2008 will remain a 'black day' in history on Malaysia. The word democracy perhaps no longer exist in Malaysia.

I fear the worse, not with the government but with what rubbish the government is doing and being a huge stumbling block to allow the actual meaning of democracy to really take effects.

Thank you, Malaysiakini for such good and precise reports. Yes, I gave up reading rubbish (read : Main Stream Media (MSM)) couple of months back.

Will blog about the brilliant-and-mature-but-not-enough-time debate between Anwar Ibrahim and Shabery Cheek later.

Anwar Ibrahim vs Ahmad Shabery Cheek.

Would be good if Abdullah Ahamd Badawi and/or Najib Razak debate with Anwar Ibrahim, instead of Ahmad Shabery Cheek.

I will be glued to the television for this, not because of any 'sensational performance', but because of facts. I want to hear facts which is backed by additional facts from both side.

The government is paranoid to the core.

Going through at least an one hour unnecessarily traffic jam on a Monday morning to reached office is certainly not a good way to kick off the week.

On top of that, was schocked to see the photographs as to how the parliament looked like yesterday (14th July 2008). Barbwires, Federal Reserve Unit (FRU), guns, police, etc.. A war zone or a dry-run of an actual police state?.

All in the name of so-called security,
they did nothing but caused nuisance publicly,
then came an 'sincere apology',
from none other than the cruel baldy!

All this wasting resources exercise just because of one person, Anwar Ibrahim.

The government is definitely paranoid to the core!.

Constitution vs Tradition.

Between constitution and tradition which is more important.

I would go with constitution.

As reported, Tengku Razaleigh said, ""This handover thing is unconstitutional and it is not something that should be passed down from one leader to another. The matter of Umno's presidency and in turn, Malaysia's prime ministership, should be endorsed by the grassroots,"".

I agree with him.

Constitution is something you don't play with and/or take lightly of it. To a certain extent going against the constitution is as good as going against the law.

Tradition on the other hand is something which you have been doing for a long in and within your group and/or clan and/or community. Going against the tradition is just going against your group's and/or clan's and/or community's beliefs and have nothing to do with the majority.

Tengku Razaleigh, you are probably the only good one left in Umno and don't think it's adviseable for you to stay in Umno and change them from within as Umno is beyond any repairs, do leave Umno and join/start another political party. You can perhaps make better changes in that way. You left Umno one and you can leave them again. There are just too many corcodiles in Umno, they will probably chew and digest you even without you knowing it.

Goodbye Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

Gret news!. Finally a step-down date for Abdullah Ahmad Badawi have been decided, min-2010 that is and Najib Razak to take over the helm.

My next question would be, can Najib Razak climb to that level with so much of allegations on him, especially the 'involvement' of murdering and bombing Altantuya Shaariibuu to pieces in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam?. Can he surf through these kind of very serious allegations?.

If Anwar Ibrahim have concrete evidence of wrong doings of Najib Razak, reveal it soon in order to save Malaysia.

P/s ; Do you want a prime minister who is accused of being a gay OR a prime minister who is accused of being involved in a gruesome murder?. Fikir-fikirkan lah.

Vibrant Democracy?.

Malaysia hailed by Kevin Rudd as a country with vibrant democracy?. *chuckle*... :) ...

I don't know about others, but somehow I am reading between the lines.

Malaysia is Looking For Bala Like How USA Is Looking For Osama.

Where is the famous private eye aka P.Balasubramaniam?!?.
Latest being, he is located in Southeast Asia, (http://malaysiakini.com/news/85816)...
Track him down and bring him back and settle this flip-flop case urgently. Think most of the people are fed-up as to how this case is being handle. Time to break open the closet and expose what's inside and help the nation to move on, instead of being bogged down by all this unnecessary issues which brings nothing, but shame to Malaysia.
Also, Malaysiakini did an online poll on him, Anwar Ibrahim and Najib Razak, the resultsare not that surprising.

Kina-binatang-an.

Malaysia is filled with flip-floppers, the top leaders that is.

My Personal Experience On The Protes Rally.

There’s a reason we separate military and the police: one fights the enemy of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people.

(William Adama - Battlestar Galactica)

Was a little skeptical after knowing the government would be sending in the army to 'look after' us for and during the protes rally.

Got up very early on 6th July 2008, not for church, but headed towards the Stadium Kelana Jaya with much enthusiasm knowing I will be part of another history again.

Undecided should I drive or take the ever 'reliable' public transport after knowing there will be police blocks on those main roads. One can wonder why they spend so much of resources which is causing nothing, but pure nuisance to the public, instead combatting the up and rising crime rates!. Anway, decided to take a Sunday drive from Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur through SS2, Petaling Jaya eventhough I can go straight via the federal highway.

Traffic was suprisingly smooth flowing.

Park my car and walked quite a distance to the stadium, by then, approx 1015 hours hundreds of cars can be seen parked along the stadium. Tens of stalls with many vendors can be seen doing brisk business, food, drinks, souveniers, books, posters, shirts, caps, etc., I think that's a brilliant idea to encourage traders to make some extra money for their living, especially with the tougher times lately. What a festive/carnival type of atmosphere!. A handful of men in blue can also be seen wandering around aka 'on duty'. Yes, when they are on duty for this kind of event/s, they don't do much, but to wander around. Surprisingly no Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) personnel can be seen. Probably they got the real meaning of peaceful assembly/rally, finally!.

One party I must acknowledge is the ever reliable and responsible Unit Amal, they did a brilliant job again in controlling the traffic and te crowd! Think the Anggota Muda Keadilan (AMK) still have a pretty long way to go to be on par with the Unit Amal. Kudos Unit Amal!.

Made a few phones calls, went in and look for a couple of my friends/bloggers. Quite an impossible task when 90% of the crowd were in red and the phone lines just went berserk. With so many reds around, perhaps we just also celebrated an early Chinese New Year!

Part of the stadium was filling up fast, the opposite side was quite empty due the sunrise and understand it was burning hot over there. One after another group walked in to the stadium, the most obvious was perhaps the Hindraf group. You can see dissapointment, anger and sadness, over the marginalisation of Indians and the Internal Security Act (ISA) issue, via their eyes and at the same time they are certainly enthusiastic about the event!.

Not long after that, Badrul Hisham, Ginie Lim and Kohila welcomed the crowd which was estimated to be approx 10,000 with loud shouts of Reformasi, Hidup Rakyat, Jahanam BN, Turun Harga, Turun Pak Lah, etc., not forgetting the takbir. That could have probably woke the neighbours up, heck, we would want to wake the entire nation up if possible, especially those irresponsible 'leaders' sitting in Putrajaya!.

Hatta Ramli was up next for his speech, he certainly delievered a powerful speech and he stayed focused on the purposes of the event, which is to protest the price hike. Irene Fernandez gave an emotional and stinging speech, before that it was Ronnie Liu's turn, he presented a very blunt speech hitting the present federal government. Tian Chua followed up next with another powerful speech.

More programmes after that were lined up for the whole day affair. By then, approx 1200 hours, the crowd grew to an estimation of 20,000.

Left the place then to run some errands and back in the evening with some members of the Democratic Action Party (DAP).

Got there approx 1900 hours, realised the crowd were not as big as the morning/noon crowd. Understand 700 of the Unit Amal personnel pulled out of the rally due to some 'indecent-act' by some punk/rock group and some chaos happened. Did not want to judge anything until I get a clear picture what exactly happened. The showing of behind by the Carburetor Dung lead singer was pretty unnecessary. I thought to myself the press going to have a whale of a time reporting this and not the main objective of the entire event, true enough!. Syed Hamid Albar condemned almost immediately on the act, but think he have forgotten what kind of indecent acts and evil deeds he/they are doing. The saying, holier than thou, ring a bell?!?.

Still have loads of time until the speeches by the key leaders, got something to bite and ended up in the stadium which was again filling up fast. This time not the seats, but nearly the entire field is filled with a sea of reds.

Proclamation of Reformasi-Reformasi-Reformasi-Reformasi can be heard again, one can actually sense the people wants a real reformasi desperately due to the fact the federal government is screwing up big time, from the almost irrepairable judiciary to the highly corrupted police to the mismanaging of the economy to the up-rising crime rates to so many other issues. The people are being sodomised by the federal government, big time!.

Hatta Ramli again took the stage to welcome the crowd once again. The 'main attraction' for the night, Anwar Ibrahim, arrived. Before that the arrival of Lim Kit Siang shook the stadium. The crowd estimated to be approx 25,000 by then. Speeches after speeches and finally Anwar Ibrahim get to speak and got the crowd all hyped up again with louder proclamation of Reformasi!. Goose bumps in many of us, one will need to be in the thick of the action to know what I am saying. The people don't proclaim Reformasi for nothing, the people really wants a change desperately!.

From my personal point of view, this rally will have better and greater effects if the organiser could have held it in a public place/open space and just for a certain period of time. I kind of echoed what Badrul Hisham said, it went something like, "Ini adalah kali terakhir kita akan ada perhimpunan aman di stadium yang tertutup". That statement received a thunderous support from the people.

People power can be felt through out the day. Young and old and from all walks of life went there for a purpose, to protest the price hike that is.

The crowd of approx 25,000 certainly represented the voice of 25 million people in Malaysia!.

Bersih walked, Hindraf rocked and let's send the same kind of reminders if needed again!.

porrrdahhhhh...

why need to go to the movies?!?...

why need to buy dvds?!?...

why need royal london circus?!?...

we have all the drama here in malaysia, right now!...

wait a minute!... the political drama in malaysia lately is even bigger than better than the hollywood and bollywood put together box office!...

i am just wondering why did the private investigator retract his statutory declaration... is it because of...

a) he hit a jackpot...
b) threatened...
c) lying...
d) all the above...

one thing am pretty sure is... najib razak looked kind of pale and bothered yesterday (3rd july 2008) via the television... maybe i will just need to adjust the colour, brightness and contrast of my television...

http://malaysiakini.com/news/85552

the smell of this entire drama is 'fishier' than a dead and rotten fish found in puncak alam, shah alam!...

who are they trying to lie?!?...

what are they trying to cover?!?...

why retract back the earlier statutory declaration?!?..

when will they ever learn?!?...

how will they go from here?!?...

p/s ; bala, unless you hit a jackpot which you and your family can survive for the next 40 years to 60 years or more, don't think you will be having anymore clients for yr private investigating services...

statutory declaration by balasubramaniam a/l perumal...

to those who have yet to read the statutory declaration by the private investigator...

Private investigator's statutory declaration in full
Jul 3, 08 2:01pm

The following is the full 16-page statutory declaration sign by Abdul Razak Baginda's private investigor P Balasubramaniam on July 1.

I, Balasubramaniam a/l Perumal ... do solemly and sincerely declare as follows:

1. I have been a police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force, having joined as a constable in 1981 attached to the police field force. I was then promoted to the rank of lance corporal and finally resigned from the police force in 1998 when I was with the Special Branch.

2. I have been working as a freelance private investigator since I left the police force.

3. Sometime in June or July 2006, I was employed by Abdul Razak Baginda for a period of 10 days to look after him at his office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang between the hours of 8am to 5pm each working day as apparently he was experiencing disturbances from a third party.

4. I resigned from this job after 2½ days as I was not receiving any proper instructions.

5. I was however re-employed by Abdul Razak Baginda on the Oct 5, 2006 as he had apparently received a harassing phone call from a Chinese man calling himself ASP Tan who had threatened him to pay his debts. I later found out this gentleman was in fact a private investigator called Ang who was employed by a Mongolian woman called Altantuya Shaaribuu.

6. Abdul Razak Baginda was concerned that a person by the name of Altantuya Shaaribuu, a Mongolian woman, was behind this threat and that she would be arriving in Malaysia very soon to try and contact him.

7. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that he was concerned by this as he had been advised that Altantuya Shaaribuu had been given some powers by a Mongolian ‘bomoh’ and that he could never look her in the face because of this.

8. When I enquired as to who this Mongolian woman was, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that she was a friend of his who had been introduced to him by a VIP and who asked him to look after her financially.

9. I advised him to lodge a police report concerning the threatening phone call he had received from the Chinese man known as ASP Tan but he refused to do so as he informed me there were some high-profile people involved.

10. Abdul Razak Baginda further told me that Altantuya Shaaribuu was a great liar and good in convincing people. She was supposed to have been very demanding financially and that he had even financed a property for her in Mongolia.

11. Abdul Razak Baginda then let me listen to some voice messages on his handphone asking him to pay what was due otherwise he would be harmed and his daughter harassed.

12. I was therefore supposed to protect his daughter Rowena as well.

13. On Oct 9, 2006 I received a phone call from Abdul Razak Baginda at about 9.30am informing me that Altantuya was in his office and he wanted me there immediately. As I was in the midst of a surveillance, I sent my assistant Suras to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office and I followed a little later. Suras managed to control the situation and had persuaded Altantuya and her two friends to leave the premises. However Altantuya left a note written on some Hotel Malaya notepaper, in English, asking Abdul Razak Baginda to call her on her handphone (number given) and wrote down her room number as well.

14. Altantuya had introduced herself to Suras as ‘Aminah’ and had informed Suras she was there to see her boyfriend Abdul Razak Baginda.

15. These three Mongolian girls however returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang again, the next day at about 12 noon. They did not enter the building but again informed Suras that they wanted to meet Aminah’s boyfriend, Abdul Razak Baginda.

16. On Oct 11, 2006, Aminah returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office on her own and gave me a note to pass to him, which I did. Abdul Razak Baginda showed me the note which basically asked him to call her urgently.

17. I suggested to Abdul Razak Baginda that perhaps it may be wise to arrange for Aminah to be arrested if she harassed him further, but he declined as he felt she would have to return to Mongolia as soon as her cash ran out.

18. In the meantime, I had arranged for Suras to perform surveillance on Hotel Malaya to monitor the movements of these three Mongolian girls, but they recognised him. Apparently they become friends with Suras after that and he ended up spending a few nights in their hotel room.

19. When Abdul Razak Baginda discovered Suras was becoming close to Aminah he asked me to pull him out from Hotel Malaya.

20. On the Oct 14, 2006, Aminah turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights when I was not there. Abdul Razak Baginda called me on my handphone to inform me of this so I rushed back to his house. As I arrived, I noticed Aminah outside the front gates shouting “Razak, bastard, come out from the house”. I tried to calm her down but couldn’t, so I called the police who arrived in two patrol cars. I explained the situation to the police, who took her away to the Brickfields police station.

21. I followed the patrol cars to Brickfields police station in a taxi. I called Abdul Razak Baginda and his lawyer Dirren to lodge a police report but they refused.

22. When I was at the Brickfields police station, Aminah’s own private investigator, one Mr Ang arrived and we had a discussion. I was told to deliver a demand to Abdul Razak Baginda for US$500,000 and three tickets to Mongolia, apparently as commission owed to Aminah from a deal in Paris.

23. As Aminah had calmed down at this stage, a policewoman at the Brickfields police station advised me to leave and settle the matter amicably.

24. I duly informed Abdul Razak Baginda of the demands Aminah had made and told him I was disappointed that no one wanted to back me up in lodging a police report. We had a long discussion about the situation when I expressed a desire to pull out of this assignment.

25. During this discussion and in an attempt to persuade me to continue my employment with him, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that:

1) He had been introduced to Aminah by Najib Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.

2) Najib Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.

3) Najib Razak wanted Abdul Razak Baginda to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harass him since he was now the deputy prime minister.

4) Najib Razak, Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had all been together at a dinner in Paris.

5) Aminah wanted money from him as she felt she was entitled to a US$500,000 commission on a submarine deal she assisted with in Paris.

26. On Oct 19, 2006, I arrived at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights to begin my night duty. I had parked my car outside as usual. I saw a yellow Proton Perdana taxi pass by with three ladies inside, one of whom was Aminah. The taxi did a U-turn and stopped in front of the house where these ladies rolled down the window and wished me ‘Happy Deepavali’. The taxi then left.

27. About 20 minutes later the taxi returned with only Aminah in it. She got out of the taxi and walked towards me and started talking to me. I sent an SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda informing him “Aminah was here”. I received an SMS from Razak instructing me “to delay her until my man comes”.

28. Whist I was talking to Aminah, she informed me of the following:

1) That she met Abdul Razak Baginda in Singapore with Najib Razak.
2) That she had also met Abdul Razak Baginda and Najib Razak at a dinner in Paris.

3) That she was promised a sum of US$500,000.00 as commission for assisting in a submarine deal in Paris.

4) That Abdul Razak Baginda had bought her a house in Mongolia but her brother had refinanced it and she needed money to redeem it.

5) That her mother was ill and she needed money to pay for her treatment.

6) That Abdul Razak Baginda had married her in Korea as her mother is Korean whilst her father was a Mongolian/Chinese mix.

7) That if I wouldn’t allow her to see Abdul Razak Baginda, would I be able to arrange for her to see Najib Razak.

29. After talking to Aminah for about 15 minutes, a red Proton Aeroback arrived with a woman and two men. I now know the woman to be lance corporal Rohaniza and the men, Azilah Hadri and Sirul Azahar. They were all in plainclothes. Azilah walked towards me while the other two stayed in the car.

30. Azilah asked me whether the woman was Aminah and I said “Yes”. He then walked off and made a few calls on his handphone. After 10 minutes another vehicle, a blue Proton Saga, driven by a Malay man, passed by slowly. The drivers window had been wound down and the driver was looking at us.

31. Azilah then informed me they would be taking Aminah away. I informed Aminah they were arresting her. The other two persons then got out of the red Proton and exchanged seats so that lance corporal Rohaniza and Aminah were in the back while the two men were in the front. They drove off and that is the last I ever saw of Aminah.

32. Abdul Razak Baginda was not at home when all this occurred.

33. After Oct 19, 2006, I continued to work for Abdul Razak Baginda at his house in Damansara Heights from 7pm to 8am the next morning, as he had been receiving threatening text messages from a woman called ‘Amy’ who was apparently ‘Aminah’s’ cousin in Mongolia.

34. On the night of Oct 20, 2006, both of Aminah’s girlfriends turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house enquiring where Aminah was. I informed them she had been arrested the night before.

35. A couple of nights later, these two Mongolian girls, Mr Ang and another Mongolian girl called ‘Amy’ turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house looking for Aminah as they appeared to be convinced she was being held in the house.

36. A commotion began so I called the police who arrived shortly thereafter in a patrol car. Another patrol car arrived a short while later in which was the investigating officer from the Dang Wangi police station who was in charge of the missing persons report lodged by one of the Mongolians girls, I believe was Amy.

37. I called Abdul Razak Baginda who was at home to inform him of the events taking place at his front gate. He then called DSP Musa Safri and called me back informing me that Musa Safri would be calling handphone and I was to pass the phone to the inspector from Dang Wangi police station.

38. I then received a call on my handphone from Musa Safri and duly handed the phone to the Dang Wangi inspector. The conversation lasted 3-4 minutes after which he told the girls to disperse and to go to see him the next day.

39. On or about Oct 24, 2006, Abdul Razak Baginda instructed me to accompany him to the Brickfields police station as he had been advised to lodge a police report about the harassment he was receiving from these Mongolian girls.

40. Before this, Amy had sent me an SMS informing me she was going to Thailand to lodge a report with the Mongolian consulate there regarding Aminah’s disappearance. Apparently she had sent the same SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda. This is why he told me he had been advised to lodge a police report.

41. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that DPS Musa Safri had introduced him to one DSP Idris, the head of the criminal division, Brickfields police station, and that Idris had referred him to ASP Tonny.

42. When Abdul Razak Baginda had lodged his police report at Brickfields police station, in front of ASP Tonny, he was asked to make a statement but he refused as he said he was leaving for overseas. He did however promise to prepare a statement and hand ASP Tonny a thumbdrive. I know that this was not done as ASP Tonny told me.

43. However ASP Tonny asked me the next day to provide my statement instead and so I did.

44. I stopped working for Abdul Razak Baginda on Oct 26, 2006 as this was the day he left for Hong Kong on his own.

45. In mid-November 2006, I received a phone call from ASP Tonny from the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah asking me to see him regarding Aminah’s case. When I arrived there I was immediately arrested under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.

46. I was then placed in the lock up and remanded for five days. On the third day, I was released on police bail.

47. At the end of November 2006, the D9 department of the IPK sent a detective to my house to escort me to the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah. When I arrived, I was told I was being arrested under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder. I was put in the lock up and remanded for seven days.

48. I was transported to Bukit Aman where I was interrogated and questioned about an SMS I had received from Abdul Razak Baginda on Oct 19, 2006 which read “delay her until my man arrives”. They had apparently retrieved this message from Abdul Razak Baginda’s handphone.

49. They then proceeded to record my statement from 8.30 am to 6pm everyday for seven consecutive days. I told them all I knew including everything Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had told me about their relationships with Najib Razak but when I came to sign my statement, these details had been left out.

50. I have given evidence in the trial of Azilah, Sirul and Abdul Razak Baginda at the Shah Alam High Court. The prosecutor did not ask me any questions in respect of Aminah’s relationship with Najib Razak or of the phone call I received from DSP Musa Safri, whom I believe was the ADC for Najib Razak and/or his wife.

51. On the day Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested, I was with him at his lawyers office at 6.30am. Abdul Razak Baginda informed us that he had sent Najib Razak an SMS the evening before as he refused to believe he was to be arrested, but had not received a response.

52. Shortly thereafter, at about 7.30am, Abdul Razak Baginda received an SMS from Najib Razak and showed, this message to both myself and his lawyer. This message read as follows: “ I am seeing IGP at 11am today … matter will be solved … be cool”.

53. I have been made to understand that Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested the same morning at his office in the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang.

54. The purpose of this Statutory declaration is to:

1) State my disappointment at the standard of investigations conducted by the authorities into the circumstances surrounding the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.

2) Bring to the notice of the relevant authorities the strong possibility that there are individuals other than the three accused who must have played a role in the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.

3) Persuade the relevant authorities to reopen their investigations into this case immediately so that any fresh evidence may be presented to the court prior to submissions at the end of the prosecutions case.

4) Emphasise the fact that having been a member of the Royal Malaysian Police Force for 17 years, I am absolutely certain no police officer would shoot someone in the head and blow up their body without receiving specific instructions from their superiors first.

5) Express my concern that should the defence not be called in the said murder trial, the accused, Azilah and Sirul will not have to swear on oath and testify as to the instructions they received and from whom they were given.

55. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declaration Act 1960.

anwar ibrahim to be arrested in 48 hours?!?...

saw the stunning news from another blog...

if anwar ibrahim is arrested this evening, the people will rise tonight... that's not a threat, but a promise!...

we would not want a re-take some of the pictures taken and shown as per the video clip below...

possible a statutory declaration from najib razak?!?...

my mum once advised me this... "don't lie because you will need another lie to cover up the earlier lie and you will have no end in telling lies"...

would suggest najib razak to digest this advise from my mum...

why najib razak denied and still denying knowing altantuya, but understand he had sexual intercourse with her based on the statutory declaration made by the private investigator.. so,
who did najib literally screwed then?!?...

point 25 (2)... (http://malaysiakini.com/news/85502)...

"2) Najib Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse."...

my question is... possible for najib razak make a statutory declaration that he do not know altantuya and he have nothing to do with her tragic death in puncak alam, shah alam?!?... think that's the only way to 'quiet' things down ans will take if from there.... the word 'denial' don't make sense anymore...

ahhhhh... forget about leaving this kinda cases to the police as they can't even solve 'petty' cases like car break ins, house break ins and snatch theft...

p/s ; with the amount of problems and cover-ups the country is facing, the entire nation needs a major overhaul.. to change the entire federal government that is, as dont think the country can go any worse than the current situation... let's try someone new, certainly not that someone who apparently screwed a famous mongolian beauty who was c4-ed into pieces in puncak alam, shah alam...

rosmah manor is innocent... but...

rosmah mansor have broke the silence, finally!...

saw her statement yesterday (1st july 2008) on tv... besides she looked and sounded kind of arrogant... she made it loud and clear that she is innocent over the altantuya's case....

wait... what am really curious is.. why didnt she sue rpk over the statutory declaration he made for defamation?!?... statutory declaration is a very serious matter.. more info on statutory declaration... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statutory_declaration)...

then she went on to say....

""I am not a politician and I am not running for any post. I am just a wife of a politician""...

and then...

""I do not want to address unnecessary issues. I have many other bigger things to attend to for the people and the nation""...

my question is.... she admitted she is not a politician and she have big things to do... so, what are the bigger things she meant?!?...

kak ros, pls enlighten us as to what are the bigger things which you need to attend to... besides helping in preparing and packing ketupats and rendang for hari raya which is just couple of months away...

p/s ; when you condemned to such allegations and knowing you are innocent, you should not keep quiet.... do go learn from anwar ibrahim...
