see how they 'good and effective' they work!...

to those who do not know wat is going in the election commission (ec) and why bersih is pushing for a massive reformation, couple of points below may be interesting for you...

1 - ipoh timur won by 9,000+ votes in the 2004 general election... 8,000+ came into that constituency 'mysteriously' fm a bn stonghold constituency... postal votes, phantom votes, etc...

2 - ipoh barat won by 500+ votes in the 2004 general election, but ec decided 'some' areas which have approx 800+ voters, which is bn strong hold to fall under the ipoh barat constituency...

3 - bukit bintang won by couple of hundred votes in the 2004 general election, but there are 2,000+ postal votes added to bukit bintang... fyi, postal votes are mainly meant for those police, civil servants who work elsewhere, etc... 2,000+ postal votes by police, etc in bukit bintang?!?... bukit bintang should be a very safe place to visit eh?!?...

4 - there are people who have been voting since 2-3 general elections in seputeh constituency, some found out that they are 'mysteriously transfered' to some other place hundreds of kilometers away...

5 - understand kelantan have thousands of phantom voters register in some invalid/not recognise address...

6 - most shaocking is... mp fm batu gajah and her family is living in the same house ever since she was born or soemthing along that line.. she found out that her family members have also been 'mysteriously transfered' to some other constituency... if they dare to touch a mp's family members by transfering their voting place/s here and there, the rakyat is absolutely not a problem to them...

many more...

see how 'effective' they are working to deny any seats for the oppostion in the parliament?!?...

ec is crap!... manipulating the most basic rights of the rakyat to the fullest!...

they even talk about extending the ec top fella 'contract'... the fella supposed to retire!... owhh wow, the even dare to 'amend' the constituition of the country?!?...

p/s ; with these simple examples, i hope now you know how important is bersih...
